Refund Policy – VapeCuisine

Refunds will only be processed through the same payment method used during the original transaction. To initiate a refund or exchange, you must notify us via email at info@vapecuisine-com.preview-domain.com within 3 days of purchase if the item or package is damaged, faulty, or defective.

Please note, refunds will only be issued for products with a legitimate manufacturing defect. Products without defects will not be eligible for refunds.

Important Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any additional handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchange Policy

If the product is functioning properly and has no manufacturer defects but you still wish to exchange it, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. You can exchange it for another product in the same category or opt for store credit.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and re-use concerns, the following products are non-returnable:

  • Batteries
  • Tips & Mouthpieces
  • Atomizers
  • Cartomizers
  • Coils & Tanks

Please check your products carefully before leaving the store. Once purchased and taken out of the store, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipment.

If any of the products mentioned above arrive damaged due to shipping, we may accept returns.
